POINSETTIA FUNDRAISER
Cosmo Brothers, it’s time to recruit volunteers to help audit, sort tickets, and then deliver thousands of plants that will be sold once again for this most awesome fundraiser!
As many of you know, there is a significant amount of coordination that goes into pulling off sale, sort, and delivery of this many plants and it cannot be done without your help!
Friendly reminder, every member is required to sell a minimum of $140.00
We are no longer doing residential deliveries!
Saturdays are for pick-up only!
Those members who don't meet the minimum will receive a donation assessment charge during the January 2025 member billing cycle.
HELP IS NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
▪ 8 Auditors are needed for Envelope Audit on Thursday November 21st
▪ 20 helpers needed for Sort Night on Thursday December 5th
▪ UNLIMITED DRIVERS (50 minimum!) will be needed for Commercial Deliveries on Friday December 6th
▪ NO SATURDAY DELIVERIES - PICK UP ONLY!
▪ 5 warehouse helpers for each day (6th & 7th) to assist with loading and pick up coordination
AUDIT AFTERNOON DETAILS:
- Time & Location – 1:30 P.M., Arachnid Conference Room (6212 Material Ave. Loves Park) immediately after the Thursday November 21st luncheon.
Are you Skilled with using a letter opener and calculator? We have a job for you! All envelopes turned in at this day’s luncheon must be audited and prepped for sorting. The audit is usually completed by 2:30 P.M.
SORT NIGHT DETAILS:
- Time & Location – 6:00 P.M., MNTS Country Club - Thursday December 5th.
Delivery Card Bingo!! A most impressive system is coordinated the night before we begin deliveries and the more volunteers we have the faster and easier the night goes. It is simple. You are given a stack of cards, the numbers are called off by our coordinator, and we gather the tickets in the order called to then organize the delivery routes. Very easy! Plus, pizza and beer will be provided!
FRIDAY DELIVERY DETAILS :
- Time & Location – Friday December 6th All Seasons Carpet Cleaning, 2216 Nimtz Road, Loves Park
- Plants available for pickup starting at 8:00 A.M.
- Routes run all morning and typically done early afternoon
SATURDAY PICK UP DETAILS :
- Time & Location – Saturday December 7th
- Available for pickup starting at 8:00 A.M. All Seasons Carpet Cleaning, 2216 Nimtz Road, Loves Park
- Please pick up your plants by NOON
WAREHOUSE HELPER DETAILS:
- Time & Location – Friday December 6th and Saturday December 7th @ All Season Carpet Cleaning, show up prior to 8:00 A.M. start time and assist throughout morning and early afternoon
