Chicago Blackhawks Bus Trip

Monday, January 19th with a 3:00 PM departure from DBS Accounting, 420 Financial Ct, Rockford, IL 61107; returning at approximately 11:30 PM.

The event price will be $145 per person. This will include round trip bus ticket, a 300 Level lower row seat and a stop for food at Piece Pizza prior to the game.   Alcoholic Beverages at the restaurant and United Center will be at your expense. We have purchased 40 seats together in Section 307, Rows 1-4. 

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION

We are requesting that only Cosmo members sign up and purchase tickets. If there are remaining tickets priority will be given to potential new members first. You can leave a comment when registering with a name and we will contact you if the opportunity happens to bring a prospective member . You must pay at time of registration and as in year's past, we expect tickets to sell out quickly so get your paid reservation completed if you plan on attending.

Those that attended the game last year, had a great time! Beverages will be provided on the bus but if you want something in particular, bring it for yourself. There will be some games and a 50/50 on the bus as well.
